Joint Forces Command (JFC) were inviting bids for the Provision of Raytheon Integrity Subscription & Software Support for a twelve (12) month term. JFC may be referred to as the Authority hereafter.
The Raytheon renewal is to commence on 1st April 2017 until 31st March 2018. Raytheon Integrity is able to recognise the true file type and report (and isolate if necessary) files store in, or transferred within, an organisation's system, which may be deemed as inappropriate, or potentially harmful. As part of the Subscription Support, the Authority requires the following support services:
Unlimited number of support requests;
Remote support;
Online access to documentation and technical resources and knowledge base and;
Product updates and upgrades.
