Description

The Future Public Services (FPS) Portfolio of work was set up as part of the council's recovery plan post Covid and aims to optimise the opportunities for improvement and efficiency that were facilitated by the pandemic. The FPS portfolio is made up of four key programmes: The Customer Experience Programme, The Way We Work, Data Programme and Innovation and Efficiencies. Each of these programmes are made up of multiple projects/workstreams that are set up to deliver the overarching goals of the portfolio. Southampton City Council (SCC) are seeking to procure a service provider who can execute all of the work packages that have been identified as part of this invitation to quote. The packages of work seek to help SCC move forward in key aspects of the Data, Customer Experience and Innovation & Efficiencies programmes. SCC anticipate that the successful service provider would be able to provide various resources to complete the work as outlined within the tender documents.
