The Authority's intention is that MOD customers will be able to approach all participating suppliers within the specific generic heading of the multi-participant framework agreement using mini-competitions. Orders will then be placed with the Contractor offering best value for money to the Authority, taking into account the award criteria detailed in our Invitation to Tender that will refer to this. Interested suppliers should express their interest only at this stage by forwarding their notification of interest to us with their full address, contact name, telephone number and email address. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) may be issued to interested parties though the Authority reserves the right to proceed to the Invitation to Tender stage without conducting a PQQ.
