Description

Award Notice for contractor re works at Wath Sutton, this is a single span masonry arch bridge located on an unclassified road in South Lakes, Cumbria. The bridge carries the highway over Peasey Beck (a main river). The work is to construct a hardened invert (concrete) to prevent further scour of the riverbed and to protect the abutments from undermining.
