Description

Broxbourne Borough Council is looking to upgrade the ticketing system at the Spotlight, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with an integrated ticketing, marketing, CRM and reporting solution that will enable the business to gather information relating to new and established audiences, develop strategies to grow its audience base and enable the box office team to provide an exceptional retail experience whether booking on-line, by phone or in person.

The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend annually.
