Description

The aim of this project is to gather evidence underpinning a Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 schedule 9(a) Materials Facilities, which introduced materials sampling and data reporting requirements on Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF) in England and Wales. The project will provide the evidence needed to produce the PIR (which will be later done in-house).
