Description

The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from a suitably experienced and qualified company or organisation who specialises in the production of law reports to prepare and produce under the title "The Manx Law Reports", printed hardbound and electronic media editions of law reports for the Isle of Man for the period 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2026 for the General Registry.
The Contractor will prepare and produce under the title "The Manx Law Reports", printed hardbound and electronic media editions of law reports of
- decisions of the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man,
- decisions on points of law in a Court of General Gaol Delivery, and
- decisions of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on appeal from the Isle of Man external decisions which have a direct impact on the laws of the Isle of Man (e.g. European Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights and the English Courts)
- decisions of the Summary Court of the Isle of Man
- verdicts of the Isle of Man Coroner of Inquests
- decisions of other Isle of Man Courts
- given in the period 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2026 ("the Reports").
The Reports will be published in 10 hardbound volumes and in electronic media format.
