Description

Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is proposing a significant re-development of its Brackenhurst Campus through a series of projects that forms part of a wider campus masterplan strategy. The objective of the master-plan is to provide new academic and student facilities, residential accommodation, increased car parking, and improvements to the services infrastructure for the campus. This scheme is to provide additional student residences to support the anticipated growth in student numbers because of additional teaching space.
The key project objectives are: -

1. Circa 200 additional student beds;
2. Programme to be determined by yearly spend available;
3. £13.5m project budget;
4. BREEAM 'Excellent',
5. EPC A
