Description

A project is just about to go to site to construct a new build zoological teaching facility at Shuttleworth. This will be a highly prestigious new build project on a significant historic site. I have attached some indicative drawings for your information. Bedford College require a single source sub-contractor who can supply the following specialist trades:

· Electrical [Distribution and small power]
· Mechanical; ventilation & cooling
· Above ground drainage
· Plumbing and water services
· Data [CAT6]
· CCTV
· Security
· Fire
· Access control
· PV installation
· Commissioning and after care.
