Description

This amendment relates to (i) one-year extension to the end date of the project (ii) and increase in programme activity (as per the Terms of Reference and associated documents) (iii) an update to DFID's Terms & Conditions of Service (iv) update of Special Conditions and (v) revision of the Schedule of Prices and Milestones.There will be an increase in the value of the contract by £3,005,045 to an overall financial limit of £9,941,264.
