This opportunity is to supply the MPS with 5.11 clothing as follows.

* These items require two additional velcro patches to be sown on, one to the sleeve and one to the chest. These patches are to be supplied by 5.11 and obtained and sown on by the supplier. Exact positioning to be confirmed at time of purchase order.
