Description
The GLA requires a single supplier Framework Agreement for New Year's Eve 2022-25 (inclusive) to be put in place by April 2022; for a duration of four (4) years.
This framework will allow flexibility in responding to the specific needs and requirements of delivering a world class show for London on New Year's Eve, in an environment that can often be uncertain or changing.
The creative and technical specification for the event in any given year during the term of the framework, will be provided year on year, when the budget has been approved. Additionally, this will allow lessons learned to be incorporated from the previous year. The specification may be developed further each year by the GLA in consultation with the Event Producer and consultation with agencies and broadcast partner(s).
