Description
In order to remain a competitive supplier of banking services it is necessary for NSANDI to continuously monitor and keep abreast of developments in the savings sector, including how its account and service offerings compare with competitors in the market. NSANDI is therefore seeking to acquire expert insight and knowledge into the products and services of its retail financial services competitors. The NSANDI competitor intelligence team require the following information and reporting services:
- Experience: The supplier must have a dedicated and experienced team that will be working on the NSANDI account to deliver the required services. The supplier's solution must include a quality management system and clear processes to ensure the overall accuracy and quality of the data provided.
- Data requirements: The services to be provided must allow NSANDI to access the information listed in sections A and B of the core requirements, for as many financial retail savings organisations as possible through the use of an online portal.
All data must be accessible and downloadable.
As part of the service, the selected solution must also enable NSANDI to access current, historic and future intelligence about the retail savings market as well as information relating to individual savings products and savings market competitors, Such intelligence should include but not be limited to:
• Financial service savings products offered in the UK;
• Future interest rate changes (where available); and
• Trends and hot topics in the savings marker
The content should be available in a variety of forms including frequently updated news reports, publications and news articles covering hot topics in the financial services savings sector. Access to exclusive publications would be highly desirable.
The proposed solution must provide NSANDI with access to retail financial sector industry experts and analysts where required.
- Frequency of Information updates: It will be a requirement for the selected solution to as a minimum, provide an automated, daily report before 09.00 am on each working day, providing details of any rate changes. This should cover all accounts and include: account name, provider, WEF date, account type, notice/term, change from rate and change to rate. Updates to individual competitor products and accounts, as and when there are changes would also be highly desirable and deemed to be of additional value to NSANDI.
