Description

The BBC has a number of hardware devices (Juniper and Cisco) that require a third party to provide Network, Hardware and Vendor Software Support Services.

The BBC is seeking to contract with a single Service Provider to provide on-going, daily Network, Hardware and Vendor Support Services

The BBC is looking for a Service Provider to support the BBC's Network, Hardware and Vendor Support Services.

The Service Provider must have considerable experience working across a broad range of technologies, manufacturers and third party partners (either directly or via subcontracting) especially in the support of both Juniper and Cisco equipment.

The value of the Network, Hardware and Vendor Support Services Contract over five (5) years ranges from £1,600,000 to £2,400,000

The initial term of the Contract is three (3) years and may be extended by a further two (2) years at twelve monthly intervals.
