Description

The Works comprise the design and construction of a new surgery (St Nicholas Mews Surgery) located at the junction of Sellars Way and Ballard's Walk, Basildon, SS16 5JU, complete with associated drainage, mechanical and electrical services, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like, as noted below:

The scope of the works will comprise, the complete design, construction, completion of the Works and defects rectification, including complying with all necessary Planning Conditions or Reserved Matters and conditions, obtaining Building Regulation Approvals, Fire Officer's Approvals and recommendations and any other Statutory Approvals and Statutory Bodies Approvals complete, including applicable NHS Guidance and Statutory Requirements, the preparation of all necessary drawings, specifications, provisions of samples etc. and paying all costs and fees associated with such approvals, wayleaves, adoption fees and legal requirements.
