Description

The Estates and Valuation Section of ENGIE Services Limited, the partner of the council, is responsible for dealing with all professional general practice surveying work and advice associated with property valuation for the council. The council, however is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents interested in being the specialist marketing agent for the Humberston Fitties Chalet Park . The council is also seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced respondents interested in valuing a council asset (asset x). The full details of this asset can be released to prospective bidders once a confidentiality agreement, appendix b, is returned via a Yortender discussion to the council.
