Description

ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking suitably qualified providers to help inform a framework tender exercise to deliver energy efficiency measures through the third round of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO 3) across Greater Lincolnshire.

The Authority potentially wishes to end up with a range of providers being energy companies, managing agents and installers who have access to ECO funding. It might be that each provider offers different energy efficiency measures, delivered in different ways. However, any of the Councils in Greater Lincolnshire would be able to work in partnership with any of the providers on the framework on particular projects or in particular areas.
