Description

The University of Warwick is looking for a contractor to provide servicing and maintenance of all firefighting equipment, dry risers and fire hydrants owned and/or operated by the University of Warwick as well as installations and associated works.
The service is to be provided under a Contract for a period of up to 4 years (comprising 2, +1, +1), subject to performance against agreed KPIs. Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract will be renewed after the first 24 months and annually reviewed thereafter, up to the 4 year duration.
