The purpose of this procurement exercise is to procure the services of a Lead Architect who will in turn appoint: Interior Designer, Landscape Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Principal Designer and any other such sub-consultants with expertise in new build children's homes, assessment centres, their external areas and any other such relevant works which may be required to complete the scheme.
