Description

Replacement of external under canopies walkways light fittings, lobbies, stairwells & perimeter light fittings to LED units, installation of 20mm galvanised conduit, replacement of communal areas consumer units including rewiring of all outgoing communal circuits, rewiring to new external lighting/replacements of fittings including installation of new car park column. No works are required in resident's properties. All electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2018 Eighteenth Edition.
