Stoke on Trent City Council intend to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver Section 19 Alternative Provision, ensuring statutory duties are fulfilled, pupils are re-integrated back into mainstream schools or in KS4 are prepared for adulthood.
