Description

This project will consider Highways England's approach to delivering schemes through its ring-fenced funds. In particular, it will assess how the company ensures that individual schemes represent value for money and contribute towards Highways England's wider Road Investment Strategy outcomes and strategic objectives. The project should also review how well these schemes meet the needs of road users and wider stakeholders.
