Description

The service supplied under this contract is necessary for the Council to carry out, maintain and install permanent Traffic Signs as part of the statutory duty to maintain the public highway under Section 41 of the Highways Act 1980. We are requesting this Waiver to allow the market time to recover from COVID-19 shut down and for suppliers to ascertain their ability to support any new tender, thus giving Doncaster the benefit of the full market on re-opening.
