The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) requires the production of an evaluation report to give an overview of the project, tell the story of the project and include analysis and reflection on how the project worked. Consultants must be familiar with the HLF Evaluation Guidance (HLF, 2012, Evaluation Good Practice Guidance and HLF, 2014, Evaluation Guidance - Parks for People).
