Description

The Contract for the Supply of Hot Rolled Asphalt Chipper & Team will commence on 01st July 2016, or as soon as possible thereafter. The Contract will expire on 30th June 2017 (unless it is terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract, or is otherwise lawfully terminated).

LCC may extend the Contract beyond the Term by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 2 years in addition to the first period. The maximum possible end date is 30th June 2019.
