Buxton Museum is seeking a digital agency or freelance digital designer/developer to help deliver ?Pocket Wonders?? a location-based, mobile experience that connects museum collections to associated points in the landscapes of Derbyshire and the Peak District.
The digital developer will design one or more, mobile experiences to deliver museum content to mobile devices at specific points in the landscape. The mobile experience(s) may also run on fixed-tablets within the museum?s new exhibition space, potentially with some enhanced content or functionality. The development of the platform(s) and user-interface(s) for Pocket Wonders could involve the creation of new, or the adaptation and development of existing, experiences.
