Description

The Council wishes to set up a Framework Agreement in the Harrogate Borough and Selby District areas of North Yorkshire, the aim of which is to build capacity in the domiciliary care market, ensure good quality recruitment, consistency of staffing and punctuality of provision, which in turn will improve quality of, and satisfaction with, the Service from the Person's and Parent Carers point of view. The Provider will promote Staff retention, provide a good quality Service and be a Provider that people aspire to work for. With intelligent planning of Service delivery the Provider will be in a position to minimise Staff travel and maximise the time spent supporting People, building capacity over time
