Description

Breakaway provides overnight short breaks, after school visits and occasional day care for children/young people from 6 years of age up to their 18th birthday. Breakaway can accommodate 6 children/young people overnight, either male or female from 6 years of age up to their 18th birthday. Breakaway is a short break service for children/young people with complex needs who have a learning disability, physical disability and/or sensory impairment.

The works comprise of, but are not limited to, the following elements,

o Internal and External Alterations
o Kitchen works
o Bathroom works
o Drainage
o Asbestos testing and removal, where applicable
o Structural Works
o Mechanical & Electrical Works (including heating and lighting)
