Description

The City invites Tenders for the provision of pool maintenance services for all swimming and paddling pools as detailed within the site data packs provided as part of this tender pack. The Contractor shall provide a pool maintenance service to the City of London Corporation at the specified premises and shall be capable of providing all such equipment, vehicles, materials and personnel as necessary to deliver the service including: call handling, surveying, reporting, providing technical advice, planning and implementation of the maintenance programme in accordance with this specification.

The duration of the contract is 5 years with a break clause at the 3rd year of the contract. The approximate annual value including provisional planned refurbishments, repairs and maintenance is 169 000 GBP per annum. Therefore, the approximate annual cost of the service including chemicals and training is 103 000 GBP. The planned refurbishment, repairs and maintenance has been estimated at a total of 66 000 GBP and will not be guaranteed as part of this contract.
