Description

Bristol City Council is engaging the market in order to help shape a procurement framework for contractors to provide District heat installation works.
The framework will contain 3 lots.
Lot 1 is for the installation of District heat pipe in the highway, including connections into buildings. This will include projects with either Employer led design or Contractor led design.
Lot 2 is for the installation of shorter sections of pipe form the heat main into customer's buildings including hot tapping of the branch into the heat main.
Lot 3 will be for the installation of the heat substation within customer's premises. These premises may be on construction sites for new buildings or within an existing building.
