Description

WNC are looking to implement an ITIL aligned service management solution, accessible to multiple customer organisations (including West Northamptonshire Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council, Northamptonshire Children's Trust, North Northamptonshire Council).
The solution will be used to log tickets to the following service areas:
• Finance Operations
o Accounts Payable
o Debt Recovery
o Income Processing
o Financial Assessments, Payments, Direct Payments (for CCC, NNC and WNC only)
• Payroll Services (includes HR Transactions)
• Business Systems & Change
