Description

The National Citizen Service ('NCS') Trust ('the Trust') is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service.

The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with four phases - Adventure, Discovery, Social Action and Extension.

NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine regions via a combination of Direct and Indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts.

This procurement is seeking three regional Recruitment Partners to provide Field Sales services in three Direct regions throughout England (London, South West, North East).

Responsibilities include:
- Plan, manage and deliver the overall recruitment strategy
- Establish and build strong relationships with schools, college and non-school channels
- Field sales (recruitment ) and sign-up of Young People to the Programme.

The Contract Term is up to seventy eight (78) months and includes three programme delivery years with two optional one year extensions.

Contracts are anticipated to commence in July 2019, with the first delivery period in Summer 2020. If the two optional extension years are exercised, final payments will be made up to December 2025.

Estimated Contract values:
1. London - £1.8M to £20M
2. South West - £2M to £11M
3. North East - £1M to £6M

The estimated values include the two optional extensions and are not guarantees of expenditure. The Trust considers that the actual costs of the Contract may be less than the maximum value set out here.

Potential Supplier's are only permitted to respond to the NCS Recommissioning Programme - Recruitment Partner procurement OR the Delivery Partner procurement.

The estimated contract values are the maximum estimated value for all Lots and includes the two optional extension years. The total estimated contract values for all Lots is anticipated to be between £4.8M and £37M. These estimated values are not guaranteed expenditure, and the Trust considers that the actual costs of the Contract may be less than the maximum value set out here.
