Description

• Development of the landscaping outline design through to construction, considering site surveys, proposed hydraulics and drainage features, water quality and biodiversity, etc.
• Identification of further surveys or investigations that may be required to inform the development of the landscape designs.
• Allowance for one site visits.
• Liaison with the wider project team including, but not limited to, London Borough of Harrow, London Borough of Barnet, Metis Consultants and Thames 21. Allowance for attendance at monthly project team meetings.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement for the projects, including allowance for development of engagement material.
• Fulfilling the role of Principal Designer as set out in CDM Regulations for the pre-construction stage including but not limited to preparation of risk register(s) and pre-construction information package.
• Quantity surveying (QS) services up to finalisation of contractors envisaged to be from the Council's procurement system.
• Annual maintenance and management plan to be adopted by the Councils for both the sites.
• Providing support to the Councils for planning permissions or relevant consents, where needed.
