Description
Reed in Partnership intends to bid for the HMPPS CFO Evolution opportunity, the successor programme to CF03 and CFO Activity Hubs.
CFO Evolution will create a single delivery programme, complementing existing HMPPS core services and providing resettlement support to offenders in custody and the community. We welcome expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of supporting offenders and are particularly interested in the following activities and regions:
1. Custodial, pre-release and through the gate delivery of needs assessment, casework, interventions and activities.
2. Delivery of appropriate, engaging Human/Citizenship activities designed to support self-worth, contribution to the community and developing positive plans.
3. Delivery of appropriate and engaging Community & Social activities designed to build resilience, upskill and strengthen support networks.
4. Wraparound intervention support where required by the Court/Probation.
5. Community support for offenders including achieving and sustaining outcomes (e.g. employment, training, housing, or volunteering) and mentoring.
6. Providers with experience of delivering any/all of the above for specific cohorts e.g. women.
We are seeking providers that can deliver the above in all/any of the following Lots:
