Description

This project involves an independent evaluation of the National Tutoring Programme in year 3 and includes

Process and Implementation Evaluation
Two surveys and a series of interviews, focus groups and case studies with schools, pupils, delivery partners and tuition partners

Impact Evaluation
Quasi experimental methodology with an intervention and comparison group using administrative data collected in the census about tutoring received and SATs and GCSE results in English and Maths

Outputs
There will be one interim report covering Year 6 analysis, we will ask the supplier to deliver this in December 2023.
There will then be a final impact report covering Year 6 and Year 11 analysis, with a draft of this report being delivered in March 2024 and a finalised report by end of April 2024.
