Bus Shelter, Highways and other Assets Advertising - Market Engagement

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been issued to the open market to seek expressions of interest from suppliers that wish to take part in market engagement to assist Essex County Council (ECC) in understanding the advertising arena in more detail to shape future planning.

ECC would like to hear from suppliers willing to share information about their approach to the provision of Bus Shelter infrastructure including maintenance, supply, installation and delivering advertising revenue opportunities.

This PIN is not a call for competition, for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
