Description

The Council wish to set up a multi-Contractor Framework Agreement to allow Orders to be placed as and
when the requirement to commission work arises, and on an individual case by case basis. Orders will be
awarded in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the Framework Agreement. Each job
commissioned will be subject to an agreed written quotation before an order is placed. The Contractor will
be required to adhere to their submitted quotation price unless specifically agreed otherwise with the
authorised person commissioning the work on behalf of the Council. Quotations may sometimes be
required at relatively short notice, and may be communicated by email.
