Description

The British Council seek a Service Provider to develop and implement a set of methodologies, data collection, analysis and reporting processes that can be embedded into two pilot countries in East Asia, to deliver high quality, data on a range of outcomes associated with the brokering and connecting functions delivered through those country offices.
