Description

ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified consulant to carry out a traffic data study.

North East Lincolnshire Council is looking to update its Highway Strategy. A substantial traffic data collection exercise is required in order to achieve this ambition, which will be achieved as a result of this tender. The data required for collection is a mix of Automatic Traffic Count (ATC) and turn count data. In addition, queue length and pedestrian & cycle crossing data will be required at some of the turn count site
