LHP is issuing this Invitation to Participate in Dialogue (ITPD) for the provision of a New Corporate Website Service.

The procedure for procurement will be undertaken as a competitive dialogue procedure to identify and define a solution which best addresses the LHP's requirements.

The key objectives of the service are:
o Deliver a new website for LHP
o Ensure the new website if fully functioning and interactive/responsive
o Provide a platform which has strong analytics
