Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) provides SIMS support to approximately 120 local authority schools (the Customer) across the Bradford District. CBMDC do not currently offer support for the FMS module and have a contract with a 3rd party provider which will expire on the 31st March 2017.

The annual demand on the Service in the previous twelve (12) months was a total of 700 Incidents raised.
