Description

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of a New Nursing Home on the Former Little Furze School Site, Gosforth Lane, South Oxhey WD19 7RE

Design and construction of a 75-bed care home including associated drainage, landscaping and external works. Contractors should have experience of constructing similar buildings as noted in the case study requirements. Construction period is estimated to be 120 weeks, although Tenderers are to provide their most efficient construction programme.

This procurement is an Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (two stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 6th June 2022
