Description

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry out alterations to bedrooms to include en-suite facilities at Hillview Children's Care Home 126 Barnard Green Road Malvern Worcestershire WR14 3NA
It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.
Commencement on site on Monday 4th November 2019 with completion on or before Friday 20th December 2019
All staff must hold Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Registration) and when required to confirm the registration number on demand.
Prior to the submission of the tender return it will be necessary for the tenderer to visit and determine site conditions and to satisfy himself on all aspects affecting the delivery of plant, materials, storage, working conditions etc.
Site visits will be conducted on Tuesday 24th September all visits must be arranged in advance with the Place partnership Project Manager Alan Moutter. Mobile: 07734 777334 e-mail alan.moutter@placepartnership.co.uk any one attending site without pre-booking will be refused entry.
All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.
Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.
Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.
Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
