WBC Housing Services has a duty of care to ensure the trees they are responsible for are safe and have varying demands to carry out Health and Safety Tree Inspection Surveys at the properties that they manage. WBC Housing Services have need to appoint a contractor with the requisite qualifications, knowledge and experience to ensure that Health and Safety Tree Inspection Surveys are carried out only by suitably qualified, competent and experienced tree assessors.
