Surrey Heath Borough Council invites tenders for the works required to secure partial compliance with three extant notices served on the 1 February 2017 under section 172 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by the Planning and Compensation Act 1991) where the recipient(s) of the notices have failed to carry out the necessary works. This includes securing the site once these works are completed.
