The works will comprise of: a single storey rear extension of traditional construction to facilitate a ground floor bedroom and shower room.
Cavity wall construction with full fill insulation, ground bearing concrete slab, felt flat roof system with rooflights, uPVC rainwater goods, composite exterior door and uPVC double glazed windows.
