The contract will be for a period of 1 year beginning end of November 2018, but the successful company may be offered a further 2 years contract if performance is satisfactory.
The Contract requires suitably qualified technicians and specialists to carry out maintenance and inspections across all sites at frequencies referred to in the B&ESA Standard Maintenance Specification for Building Services SFG20, incorporating the Equipment Manufacturer's recommendations.
The successful company will also provide a 24-hour emergency service, where suitably qualified personnel will attend sites at any time in the event of equipment failure or system breakdown according to agreed response times and rates.
