Description
The Council wishes to identify a long term partner to fund, install and operate a high/low ropes attraction in a currently under-utilised but prominent area of the estate. The Council is therefore inviting tenders for a concession to supply and operate a high/low ropes attraction for a minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years (subject to dialogue/negotiation and the level of initial capital investment).
The Council wishes to have the most commercially beneficial solution for this attraction type and is therefore flexible in its approach to a concession with respect to its duration and the scale/ambition of proposed course designs.
