The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) is seeking a better understanding of food price transmission.
In order to access the full Invitation to Tender (ITT), tenderers are advised that you will need to review and sign-up to the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement before access to the ITT can be provided. Defra will be unable to provide any further information or detail prior to the signing of the Non-Disclosure Agreement. On signing the agreement, you will be invited to view the full ITT.'
