Description

NPH wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of a HR System and Payroll Managed Service. The HR system must provide employee record management, absence management, disciplinary, capability and grievance management and employee self service for annual leave requests, expenses claims etc. A managed payroll service must also be provided to manage the monthly processing of payroll for circa 280 employees.
The contract is for a period of 5 years with annual options to extend thereafter.
